1.) I think that the bosses were completely justified in their opinions about firing their insubordinate workers, they were neither too nice or too mean in their judgement.


2.) I think that they should because it's their workplace, just like there are surveillance cameras in the lobbies of certain places to see if anything goes wrong, the same can go for the public work environment. As long as it doesn't go into private life off-work time or pass a boundary then it should be ok.


3.) If I was in charge of training the problem employees, I would get used to talking with them first, after that I can work on their individual problems.


4.) If I saw a problem employee, I would report them because I think that it's better to make the work environment more nicer.
