Guest Speaker Jane

Our guest speaker was Jane, she is a free-lance photographer. She has been in the LA Times for 27 years, from 1980 to 2006. But including her free-lancing, she has been in the business for about 36 - 37 years. She attended the University of Miami, Florida. I learned about the different types of lens and cameras she had and used in her professional photography, as well as some techniques she used to sneak in some photos. I think the tennis photos she had took are my favorite photos she had, their expressions were very serious and showed their passion to win. If I was asked to have a career in photography, then I think I would, but just as a hobby or a side job because that is not my dream. I think it would be fun, but not a big ideal job for me.
